First Home was looking to increase bringing young Loan Officers into the company. I was tasked with filming rookie Loan Officers and asking them questions to learn what they enjoyed about working at First Home and what they had learned. This was a one-person job, so I had to navigate the technical with the personnel as I asked questions to make them comfortable.
This content would be used in a social media strategy with vertical and horizontal versions.
